Book a Demo

See it run against your own policy.

Forty-five minutes. Bring your voting guidelines and a live meeting, and we will show you the recommendation, the reasoning, and the record behind it.

What to expect

  • We run your policy, not ours

Send your voting guidelines ahead of the call. What you see is your own policy applied, not a prepared demonstration.

  • A live meeting from your universe

Choose a company you actually hold. We work the ballot item by item against your guidelines.

  • The reasoning stays open

Every recommendation is inspected on the call—the guideline applied, the language relied on, and the record it produces.

Frequently asked questions
How does Proxify apply our voting policy?

Your voting guidelines are imported as written—as CSV or XLSX, or entered directly—and parsed into discrete principles. Every recommendation names the principle that governed the outcome, so the connection between your policy and each vote is explicit rather than asserted.

What happens when our policy doesn't address a proposal?

Proxify does not substitute a house view, market norms, or third-party advisory positions for your policy. Where no applicable principle exists, the matter is flagged for human review with the reasoning stated, and the decision remains with your team.

Can our analysts override a recommendation?

Yes. Recommendations are inputs to your decision, not substitutes for it. Overrides are recorded with their rationale, and the full decision trail—sources, comments, and approvals—is retained and exportable.

Where does the research come from?

From the primary record: SEC filings and related public materials for each meeting. Every claim in a recommendation carries a citation back to the source language it relied on, so the analysis can be checked rather than trusted.

How is our data protected?

Customer data repositories are encrypted at rest, with row-level encryption on highly sensitive tables, and TLS 1.2 or higher in transit. Access follows least privilege—granted only with a clear business justification and scoped to the minimum required. Vulnerability management runs continuously.

Who is behind Proxify?

A team that has run investment stewardship and proxy voting inside the world's largest institutional investors, and built research and governance tooling used across the industry. Proxify exists to solve a problem the founders saw firsthand: sophisticated voting policies applied through generic research that didn't reflect them.

How is Proxify priced?

Proxify is licensed as an annual subscription, scoped to your firm's coverage universe and team. We will walk through specifics as part of your demo.

How do we get started?

A working session with your voting guidelines and a holdings file is enough to begin: both import directly, and your coverage universe resolves from there. Book a demo and we will run the platform against your own policy on a live meeting.
